Look for your chauffeur holding a name sign. They also text your mobile before landing. Can’t find them? Call the number on your confirmation, and stay inside the terminal.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE AVAILABLE IF MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY?
Yes. We monitor flight schedules constantly, so your chauffeur is there even if you land early.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY FLIGHT HAS A SIGNIFICANT DELAY AND I DO NOT HAVE UPDATED FLIGHT INFORMATION?
Contact us: we will amend your booking so your chauffeur meets you at the new arrival time.
WILL THE CHAUFFEUR EXCEED ANY SPEED LIMITS IF I’M IN A HURRY?
Absolutely not. None of our chauffeurs will ever speed.
