The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to transport service contracts concluded between Ma Centrale Transport and its customers. By using the services of Ma Centrale Transport, the Customer is presumed to have read these General Conditions of Sale and to have fully accepted them.


The Customer can make a request for a service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the website https://www.limodriverluxurycarparis.com/ or by telephone at +33744778384. The customer provides all information regarding his service request. He is solely responsible for this information, the following of which is considered essential to the contract: customer name, email address, telephone number, date of transport service, pick-up location, drop-off location, pick-up time , number of passengers (adult/child), number of luggage(s), nature of the service (transfer, provision). Ma Centrale Transport sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer.

Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing their bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that Ma Centrale Transport will carry out the secure transaction and authorize their bank in advance to debit their account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Customer of his request for the service and payment of the price, Ma Centrale Transport sends him, in return, by email exclusively, a reservation voucher summarizing the information related to the service. The customer is responsible for verifying the information contained in the reservation voucher. If it is impossible for Ma Centrale Transport to send the said reservation voucher by email, the reservation is presumed to comply with the customer’s request.


Ma Centrale Transport sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer; flat rates have priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10% for transfers, 20% for provision), driver service, fuel and unlimited personal insurance. transported, tolls are included in the transport. Parking costs are not included in the service. As part of a provision, the driver’s catering and hotel costs are not included.


Payment methods accepted: Cash, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PAYPAL. Any transport service by transfer or provision is payable upon ordering.



Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The client and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses mentioned in this contract. No modification can be made to the above conditions unless prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or canceled automatically and without compensation of any kind in all recognized cases of force majeure (event external to Ma Centrale Transport) such as disruption of traffic routes, bad weather, demonstrations, accident, breakdown or malfunction of telecommunications networks, shortage of labor or materials, etc. The contract is only deemed concluded once payment for the order has been received. Otherwise it is automatically void.

Any reservation for a car with driver is mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone depending on availability.

For flights, if you do not have checked baggage in the hold, the 15 minutes of waiting included in the journey is generally sufficient. However, if you have to collect checked baggage and/or if you come from a non-European destination, the time it takes to exit the plane, baggage recovery and possible control by law enforcement requires quite a long time. .

To avoid having to pay for a wait, we advise you to add a delay of 30 minutes.


A reservation can be canceled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the Reservation voucher, by e-mail only to Ma Centrale Transport

100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the pick-up time.

50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.

0% refund if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.

Any modification of the contract during the execution of the service may result in a readjustment of the agreed price. The company Ma Centrale Transport VTC reserves the right to refuse these modifications.


Any delay by the passenger(s) compared to the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher will result in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone at +33744778384 according to the following terms:

More than 15 minutes late: 30 euros

More than 30 minutes late: 50 euros

For any additional half hour of delay: 50 euros

Payment of these surcharges occurs at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle.

Any request for pick-up between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be increased by 20%.

In the event of the customer’s absence from the meeting place, beyond the first 15 free minutes, without any manifestation on his part, or response to the driver’s telephone call, the service will be definitively lost, without possibility. postponement and without being able to claim any reimbursement.


The transport of people for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles can perform this service and:

Ma Centrale Transport undertakes to carry out or have carried out the transport services in accordance with the booking form and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force.

In the event of subcontracting, the company Ma Centrale Transport ensures that the people and companies it uses meet the same conditions.


Ma Centrale Transport is guaranteed by a reputably solvent insurance company which covers the risks linked to its activity in accordance with the regulations in force.

In the event of a dispute, the liability of the company Ma Centrale Transport can only be retained on the condition that the Customer provides proof of faulty behavior on the part of the latter and of a causal link with the damage claimed. .

The unlimited multi-risk insurance of the company Ma Centrale Transport covers the responsibilities linked to the company.

The customer is responsible for his actions legally and criminally.


The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with Ma Centrale Transport to behave like a good father from the moment of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the transport equipment. as well as the following provisions:

Compliance with the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat, etc.),

Prohibition of smoking, eating and transporting dangerous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop along the route.

Prohibition on consuming alcohol in the vehicle,

Luggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the customer. The company
Ma Centrale Transport cannot be held responsible in the event of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (phone, tablet, etc.).
Any damage to the vehicle, caused by the customer, will be entirely their responsibility.

For all other damage resulting in immobilization of the vehicle: – Actual billing + Immobilization costs + Shortfall in turnover on an average of the last 3 months. In the event of damage leading to cancellation of the following service, a fixed fee of €150.00 will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card…

Cleaning in the event of vomit will be billed at €190.00 including tax in addition to the service payable immediately by credit card.

Small pets are accepted, provided they are in a transport cage. Large assistance dogs are allowed.

Failure to comply with these provisions entails the exclusive liability of the customer and passengers both towards Ma Centrale Transport and third parties. The company Ma Centrale Transport declines all responsibility regarding the actions of its customer before and after their transport.

MA Centrale Transport reserves the right to refuse pick-up, or to disembark, a passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as an alcoholic passenger.


Any complaint is only admissible within 5 days of the execution of the transport service concerned. Everything differs from the Courts instead of the Head Office of the company Ma Centrale Transport


8 – 1 – TRANSFER:

Provision: transport has a limited mileage within the framework of on-time availability:

20 kilometers for 1 hour of availability,
